Ek staan verstom oor God se goedheid... Net toe ek begin twyfel en gedink het "we bit off more than we can chew", kry ek die confirmation weer van die gelykenis van die broodjies en vissies storie... Toe ek dit hoor, het ek geweet ek moet net vertrou - God sal soos ALTYD sorg... Laas week, toe ontvang ek 'n donasie van R10,000 vir die projek! Ons is tans in staat om vir elke kind 'n trui, windbreaker en sokkies te koop. Ons staan tans op R43 546.84. Indien ons vir elke kind 'n paar skoene ook wil aanskaf, moet ons nog R39 000 insamel / volunteers he om skoene. te koop. Bid en vertrou asb saam met my dat ons hierdie kinders sal kan bless!! Ek wil vir ELKE een van julle ONGELOOFLIK dankie se - of jy nou die mail aangstuur het, self gaan koop het, of 'n donasie gegee het, weet asb dat jy bygedra het om die projek ongelooflik geseend te maak!!! Daar is groot dankbaarheid vir ELKE liewe bydrae - julle nie idee het hoe baie julle hierdie kinders gaan help nie!
Die optel (vir die mense wat self gaan truie koop het) sal Saterdag 21 Junie om 12uur wees by Tygervallei. Ek sal voor Woolies wag. Laat weet my asb as jy dit sal kan maak? Ek het 'n kontak in die Kaap wat aangebied het om 'n "optelpunt te wees" vir mense in die stad. Kontak my, dan tref ons reelings.
Ons poog om begin 3e kwartaal (begin Julie) die goodies af te lewer by Range Laerskool. Ons D-date vir donasies / aflewering van klere is dus die naweek van 27 Junie 2014.

Hi all you AMAZING people!
Today, I am standing in awe of God's goodness... Just when I thought HOW impossible this project seems - and that we probably bit off more than we can chew, I received the confirmation to just keep believing by way of the parable of the bread and the fish. When I heard that story, I KNEW I just had to believe, trust, be still and KNOW that God would provide... Last week, I received a donation of R10,000 for the project! At this point in time, we are able to buy EVERY kid a jersey, socks and a windbreaker. We are currently on R43 546.84. If we want to buy every kid a pair of shoes as well, we still need R39 000 / we need volunteers to buy shoes for the kids.
Please pray and trust with me that we will be able to bless this kids even more! I would like to thank each and everyone of you, from the bottom of my heart... If you forwarded my email, went out to buy clothes, as well as for each and every donation!! You have NO idea how big a difference you are making... You contributed to the fact that this project is truly blessed.
I will be at Tygervalley, Saturday 21 June at 12:00 to collect all jerseys and socks which you guys have purchased (this is with regards to everyone who "adopted" a kid and who went to purchase the jerseys ect themselves). I will meet up with you guys in front of Woolies. Please let me know if you CAN make it. I also have a contact who said she would act as the drop-off point in Cape Town (CBD). Contact me if you need details.
Our D-date for delivering the goodies to the school will be beginning of the third term (it is already SO cold!) - so we are aiming for beginning July. Our D-date for donations / delivery of clothes is therefore weekend of 27 June 2014.
